Welcome to COBEE (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our platform, you (“Customer” or “Service Provider”) agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before using our services.

1. Overview

COBEE is an online marketplace for car care and car cleaning services that connects car owners with independent car service providers. COBEE itself does not provide car cleaning or care services. The actual services are delivered by third-party providers registered on our platform.

2. Services Offered

Through COBEE, customers can access a variety of services, including but not limited to:

• Daily Car Cleaning at Customer’s Apartment Parking Area (flagship service)

• Exterior and Interior Car Wash

• Car Detailing & Polishing

• Upholstery & Interior Cleaning

• Waterless & Eco-friendly Car Cleaning Solutions

Important Note: For Daily Car Cleaning in Apartment Parking Areas, service providers may require the use of water and/or electricity from the premises. This must only be done with prior permission from the apartment association/authorized signatory. COBEE is not liable for any unauthorized use of utilities by service providers.

3. Terms for Customers (Car Owners)

1. Customers must provide accurate details during booking (location, vehicle info, timings).

2. Customers must ensure apartment association approval before engaging service providers on their premises.

3. Water/electricity used for services must be permitted by the authorized signatory of the society/apartment.

4. Payments must be made as per the agreed service charges on COBEE.

5. COBEE is not responsible for service provider behavior, punctuality, or service quality. Customers are advised to perform due diligence before allowing providers access to their premises.

6. Cancellation/rescheduling is subject to COBEE’s policies.

4. Terms for Service Providers

1. Providers must register with valid and accurate business/personal details.

2. COBEE may collect and store provider information but does not verify or endorse providers.

3. Providers must obtain prior permission from the apartment’s authorized signatory before using water, electricity, or any shared resources.

4. Providers are solely responsible for service quality, safety, and conduct.

5. Disputes with customers are to be resolved directly between the parties. COBEE has no liability in such matters.

6. Providers must follow local laws, apartment rules, and maintain professional behavior at all times.

5. COBEE’s Role & Disclaimer

• COBEE acts only as a connecting platform between car owners and service providers.

• We do not guarantee or verify the background, quality, or legality of services provided.

• COBEE is not responsible for theft, damage, misuse of resources, or disputes arising between customers and providers.

• It is the responsibility of apartment associations and car owners to check and approve service providers before granting them access to the premises.

6. Authentication & Account Access

COBEE allows login via:

• Email & Password

• Mobile OTP

• Google Login

• Facebook Login

Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

7. Payments & Refunds

• Payments must be made as per platform guidelines.

• Refunds, if applicable, will follow COBEE’s cancellation and refund policies.

• COBEE may deduct transaction/platform fees where applicable.

8. User Conduct

• Fraudulent or abusive use of COBEE is prohibited.

• Unauthorized use of apartment utilities (without permission) is strictly forbidden.

• Users violating these terms may face account suspension or termination.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Insert City, India].
